Welcome to Bristol Child Contact Centre
A non-profit making charitable organisation
Bristol Child Contact Centre, in Henleaze, Bristol, is a neutral, safe and impartial place where the children can meet with their parents (or other relatives) they no longer live with after relationship breakdown.
Child Contact Centres can provide different level of support during the contact. BCCC offers Supported Contact Service only, NOT Supervised. This means that family contacts are monitored on a group basis and not with one-to-one supervision.
Families can use our service also as a hand over point
There is no charge to parents for this service after the initial £20 referral fee is paid online to our parent body NACCC
Why Can We Help?
Adult relationships can remain difficult after parents separate.
Yet the majority of children want, and need, to maintain a relationship with parents and other relatives who are important to them.
Not all separated parents find it easy to achieve this. Trust may have broken down. Communication may have become difficult.
If so, it may seem almost impossible to make arrangements for a child to spend quality time with the parent or relative they no longer live with.
This is where we can help
Please see our Glossary of Terms page for help with understanding some perhaps difficult terminology, and what certain terms actually mean.
